I didn't see a rating for torque. It measures wheel speed and I assume mathematically calculates HP based on time lapse. You'll notice in the video they roll it out in low gear, hit 2nd, hit drive and then mat it. The blip when it got matted showed 1500 hp then it lugged down to a pretty flat 1450 hp. The chart shows HP on the vertical axis and mph across the bottom. It showed the 1500 hp at 135 MPH and after a dip (tires and rollers leveling out- spike from loss of contact?) and then 1450 up to 185 mph which was like 7600 rpms in car which is where we chose to let off.
